What is included
Everything listed here is available in the product today. Anything that is not yet built is listed underneath.
- A booking page on your own domain
- Your logo, your colours, your services and prices. Customers never leave your site or see ours.
- Opening hours you control
- Set your hours day by day. Slots are only offered inside them, in your own time zone, and only where the appointment actually fits.
- Two-way Google Calendar sync
- Anything already in your calendar blocks the slot, and every booking taken online is written back to it. Syncs every 15 minutes, or on demand.
- Card payment at the point of booking
- The customer pays as they book, into your own Stripe account. No deposit chasing, no invoices after the fact.
- A live view of your payments
- Balance, recent transactions and any chargebacks, read live from Stripe — plus a link straight into your full Stripe dashboard.
- A clear readiness status
- Your dashboard tells you whether your booking page can take a booking right now, and what's missing if it can't.
Not built yet
Automated email and SMS reminders, and pay-later options at checkout, are not in the product today. Card payment is the only payment method currently supported.
How setup works
On a site build these three steps are mine, not yours — the first you see is a working site to approve. On the booking-only plan you do them yourself, in about an afternoon.

Step 1
Set your hours and services
Add what you offer, how long each one takes and what it costs, then set the hours you work. Link Google Calendar if you keep one.

Connect Stripe
Stripe asks for your business and bank details directly. The account is yours — we're only ever allowed to create charges on it for your bookings.

Put the booking page on your site
Your dashboard reads "Online" once bookings can actually be taken. From then on, bookings and payments arrive on their own.
How payments are handled
We never hold your funds. Payments are made on your own Stripe account, so payouts, refunds and chargebacks are all between you and Stripe.
- Card details are entered into Stripe's own payment fields — they never pass through our servers.
- Payouts go from Stripe to your bank on your Stripe schedule, not ours.
- Disconnect us and the Stripe account stays yours, with its history intact.

Pricing
No commission on bookings, on any plan. Stripe's own processing fee applies to card payments — 1.5% + 20p per transaction on their UK standard rate for UK cards, billed by Stripe, and we add nothing on top.

A two to three page site on your own domain, with booking and card payment built in. I do the build, you approve it, it goes live.

No setup fee and no minimum term on either. Change plan or leave whenever you like — the domain, the Stripe account and the customer list are yours in every case. Going over Starter's limit never blocks a booking: how the limit and upgrade work.

Card fees are counted on both sides, since a platform that quotes no card fee has priced it into its monthly cost rather than removed it.
Frequently asked questions
Do you hold my money at any point?
No. Payments are created on your own Stripe account, and payouts go from Stripe straight to your bank. We can create charges for your bookings and read your balance to show it back to you — that's the extent of it.
What happens to my customers' card details?
They're typed into Stripe's own payment fields, embedded in your page. They go directly to Stripe and are never sent to, or stored by, us.
Will customers know they're using a third party?
The booking page runs on your domain with your logo, colours and wording. Stripe's payment fields carry Stripe's branding, as they do on any site that takes cards.
What if my calendar already has things in it?
Anything in the Google Calendar you link blocks that time, so nobody can book over it. Bookings taken online are written back into the same calendar.
I'm on Fresha or a similar platform. Why move?
Those platforms are free at the door and earn from card processing and from commission on customers who find you through their marketplace — a marketplace that lists your competitors beside you and keeps the relationship. Here you get your own site on your own domain, your own Stripe account, and no commission on anything. If your bookings already come from people who know you, you are paying a marketplace for customers who were yours.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The domain is registered to you, the Stripe account is yours, and the customer list is yours. The £500 pays for the build; the monthly fee is hosting, the booking system and my time, not rent on your own name.
What happens if I leave?
You keep the domain, the Stripe account with its full payment history, and an export of your bookings and customers. Nothing needs my permission to move, and there is no notice period to serve first.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no minimum term. Unlink Stripe and Google Calendar from your settings at any time; both accounts stay yours, with their history intact.
