Plan terms
The parts of the agreement that decide what you pay and when. Written out in full because a booking limit nobody explained is a trap, not a plan.
Plans
- Starter — £5 a month
- Up to 25 confirmed bookings per 30-day period
- Growth — £15 a month
- No booking limit
- Site build — £500, then £35 a month
- No booking limit, site built and hosted for you
No plan takes commission on a booking. Card processing is charged by Stripe on your own Stripe account at their rates, and we add nothing to it.
How your period is measured
Your period is a rolling 30 days that starts on the day you sign up — not a calendar month. If you sign up on the 15th, every period of yours runs from the 15th, and your booking count resets then. Your dashboard shows the exact date your current period ends.
Only confirmed bookings count towards a limit. A booking that is cancelled, or where the customer abandons checkout or the payment fails, never counts against you.
Going over the booking limit
Your booking page never stops taking bookings. Going over your plan's limit does not block, queue or hide any booking, and no customer of yours is ever turned away because of it. Reaching a limit changes what you pay, never what your business can do.
- 1 At 20 of 25 bookings, your dashboard shows how many you have left. We don't email you about it — nothing has happened yet.
- 2 When you pass 25, we email you the same day. That email tells you the exact date your plan will move to Growth, and bookings carry on exactly as before in the meantime.
- 3 The move happens at the start of your next period, and never sooner than 7 days after that email. If your next period starts inside those 7 days, the move waits a further period instead.
It takes one period over the limit, not two. We would rather move you once, with notice, than leave you at a limit you have already outgrown.
You can change plan or cancel from your dashboard at any point before the move — including on the day it is due — and no upgrade takes effect. Going back down to Starter later is one click, and the limit applies again from your next period.
Growth has no limit, so nothing above it is ever applied automatically. We will never move you to a Site build plan without you asking for one.
If a payment fails
A failed subscription payment does not touch your booking page for 14 days. We email you, retry, and everything keeps running — your customers are not part of a problem between us and your card.
If it is still unpaid after 14 days, the booking page goes offline and stops accepting new bookings. Bookings already taken are unaffected: they stay in your calendar, and any money for them is already in your own Stripe account, which we cannot touch. Paying brings the page straight back online.
Your data stays available to export for 60 days after that, and we will tell you before anything is deleted.
Cancelling and what you keep
There is no minimum term on any plan. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep the plan you paid for until the end of your current period.
Your domain is registered to you, your Stripe account and its full payment history are yours, and your bookings and customer list export on request. None of it needs our permission to move, and there is no notice period to serve first.
Changes to these terms
If a price or a limit changes, existing customers get at least 7 days' notice by email before it applies to them, and can cancel in that window without paying the new rate.
